doesn't meet your expectations, return it for an exchange or refund within
30 days. Any reason. No questions asked.
SHIPPING
USA DOMESTIC
With KUSIKUY's Standard Delivery service, in-stock items are delivered
to you within 4-8 business days from receipt of your order. Items are
sent via USPS Priority mail. Tracking information is sent to you via USPS.com.
Express Delivery is available via USPS Next Day Air service on US orders
needing more immediate attention. This shipping costs $9 extra. Orders
of in-stock items arrive within 2-3 days. Tracking information is sent
to you via usps.com. Actual shipping costs are determined at check-out.
INTERNATIONAL
International Customers (outside the US) have the option of choosing their
order to be delivered via USPS International Priority Mail or UPS International
Air.
USPS International Priority states that items will be shipped air, and
guaranteed and insured up to the post office of your country. Shipments
usually arrive within 2 weeks. The customer would then be responsible
for retrieving the package from their regional post office. Actual shipping
costs are determined at check-out.
UPS International Air The package will take about 2 weeks to arrive
at its international destination and but it will be guaranteed and insured
to the customer's door. This costs a bit more (prices start out at $35).

RETURNS
We want you to be happy. All KUSIKUY products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
If one of our products does not meet your expectations, please return
it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
Exchange/Return Instruction
If you wish to exchange or return a KUSIKUY item, please provide us with
the following information.
1. Include your full name and address, including your zip code, and a
contact phone number, or e-mail address in case we have any questions
about your return.
2. Include a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
3. Indicate how you would like the return handled. Would you like an exchange,
gift card, or a refund to the original payment method?
4. If requesting an exchange, please indicate the item number, item description,
quantity, and the product price. Indicate size, color and alternative
color, if applicable.
5. Indicate the name and address to which we should send your exchange
or refund check if applicable. Purchases made by credit card or PayPal
will be refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise noted.
6. If the new item(s) you are requesting total more than your return item(s),
please include the payment method for the balance due.
